Planned HCF Claims processing Outage

Due to a major systems upgrade, HCF will have a claims processing outage.

On the spot claiming services via HICAPS will not be available from 8pm (AEST) Thursday 1st October and are scheduled to be back online from 6am Tuesday 6th October (AEDT). HICAPS terminals will be unable to process all HCF claims for this time.

As part of the transition, HCF online claiming services will also not be available from Monday the 28th September to Tuesday the 6th October. Please direct your patients to claim directly with HCF from Tuesday the 6th October.

All other claiming and payment processing via HICAPS terminals will be unaffected and will continue as normal.
