  • Easy invoicing and fast settlement for Transport Accident Commission (TAC), Worksafe Victoria, Workcover Queensland, Insurance Commission of Western Australia (ICWA) and National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIS), Department of Veterans' Affairs (DVA) claims

  • View all portal and terminal claim transactions in near real time through the portal

Multi-factor authentication enabled

We’ve enabled multi-factor authentication for HICAPS Digital Claims users. Multi-factor authentication adds an extra layer of security to your HICAPS Digital Claims account by prompting users to enter a one-time code each time you log in.

Your one-time code is sent directly to your registered email address so it’s important that your email is up to date and accessible.
