Counselling services now available through HICAPS

Counsellors that are members of the Australian Counselling Association of Australia or the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia can offer their patients the convenience of on-the-spot claims and payments.*

Currently only Medibank, GMHBA, HCF, Westfund and TUH, nib, Doctors’ Health Fund, Teacher Health , Phoenix health fund and HBF are enabled for counselling through HICAPS.
