From 1 April 2021, members of the Australian Counselling Association of Australia (ACA) and Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA) will be able to apply for a HICAPS Terminal.
A select number of participating health funds for Overseas Health Cover (student, worker or visitor), are offering their members the convenience of processing their claim on the spot through HICAPS.
Now Bupa, Medibank Private and nib members with Overseas Health Cover can have their health fund benefit processed at participating practitioners through the HICAPS terminal.

From August 2020, select health practitioners will be able to process pre-approved treatments from Insurance Commission of Western Australia (Insurance Commission WA) via HICAPS.
The Insurance Commission WA funds treatment for injured claimants, including motorists and Government employees in Western Australia.
