As we all come to terms with the growing challenges of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, our focus is clear, to support you
with your business in any way we can. We know this is an extremely difficult time for many of our customers and we want you
to know that we’re here to help. We’ll get through this together.

As part of NAB’s support during these challenging times, we’ve taken the step to automatically waive your HICAPS merchant
terminal rental fees for three months from 1 April 2020 through to 30 June 2020, for all our customers - large and small. 
All other transaction fees and charges will remain the same.

You don’t need to do anything for this to occur, we’ll take care of this for you.

COVID-19: MBS items and Telehealth now available through Medicare Easyclaim

GPs, specialists, consultant physicians, obstetricians, consultant psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, allied mental health workers and midwives can now provide health consultations via telehealth service, bulk-billed at no cost to patients through their HICAPS terminal.

Closure of the argent dial up network

From March 1st 2020 Telstra will begin closing their Argent Dial Up network. This means that your HICAPS terminal will no longer be able to use a telephone line to process transactions.
