Counsellors that are members of the Australian Counselling Association of Australia or the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia can offer their patients the convenience of on-the-spot claims and payments.*

Currently only Currently only Medibank, GMHBA, Westfund and TUH are enabled  for counselling through HICAPS.
