The "offer" refers to the waiver of HICAPS terminal rental fees for 3 months for eligible HICAPS terminals, and the waiver of any fees ordinarily charged for opening a HICAPS digital claims portal account. This offer is available to all NEW HICAPS customers who do not currently have a HICAPS terminal and apply for a terminal before 31 January 2024. The offer will be applied to the terminal rental fee for the first 3 months from when the HICAPS terminal is installed. Terminal rental fees will be payable at the end of the 3 month waiver period. All other existing HICAPS provider agreement terms and conditions and other relevant terms and conditions, and Mmerchant fees and charges, continue to apply (which may be viewed online at www.hicaps.com.au/support/hicaps-agreements).
