HICAPS NDIS Invoice Anyone is a digital solution which allows providers to create invoices and process claims and payments for self-managed, plan-managed, and agency-managed participants.

HICAPS NDIS Invoice Anyone allows providers to:

- Easily create and submit NDIS digital invoices using a template from any device

- Directly send invoices for all participant types (agency, plan and self-managed)

- Get better visibility of their NDIS invoicing processes by tracking the status of their invoices

- Save participant details, removing the need to re-enter information when submitting a new invoice

Providers who treat NDIS participants and NDIS related supports, including allied health, therapeutic supports, transport, home and garden maintenance, equipment etc

Non-registered NDIS Providers can submit invoices to Plan Managers and self-managed participants.

Registered NDIS Providers can submit invoices to Plan Managers and the NDIA.

A provider only needs to be registered with the NDIS if they treat agency-managed participants, as the NDIS will only approve invoices/claims provided by NDIS registered providers. 

To get started, you will need to create a HICAPS Digital Claims account. This is super quick and easy to complete and once set up with an account, you are able to begin to invoice self-managed, and plan-managed participants.

If you are a registered NDIS Provider and wish to send invoices directly to the NDIA, additionally you will need to complete the NDIS API enrolment form.

From there, our support team will review the form and be in touch with next steps.

Providers will typically get paid within 48 hours.

This is also dependent on the Plan Manager.

Settlement will be to the nominated bank account.  For agency managed invoices, the NDIA will settle directly with the bank account they have registered with the NDIA.  

For Plan Managers we'll use the account that the provider has nominated

The HICAPS NDIS Invoice Anyone solution caters for all NDIS participant: Self-Managed, Plan-Managed and Agency-managed participants.

The MyPlace portal only allows registered providers to submit agency managed claims.

The HICAPS solutions allows both registered and non-registered providers* to submit self-managed, plan-managed and agency-managed claims all from the one portal.
