To ensure a smooth integration process:

  • Bp Premier must be updated to Spectra 1.12.0.1061 or above.
  • Latest version of the Best Practice Payments Utility must be installed.
  • Workstations need to run on Microsoft Windows 10 or above.
  • Microsoft Windows Server needs to run on 2016 or above.

Step 1 
Apply for a HICAPS Terminal 

If you already have a HICAPS Terminal, skip this step.

Apply for a HICAPS Terminal and arrange a suitable time for our technician to deliver and install it for you.

Step 2
Register for HICAPS Digital

If you already have access to HICAPS Digital, skip this step.

Once your HICAPS Terminal is installed, use your Merchant ID (MID) to register for HICAPS Digital as an existing customer.

Step 3
Download HICAPS Connect 

Download HICAPS Connect + Extension using the button below, then follow step 4 to install and configure the software on each of your workstations.

Step 4
Configure HICAPS Connect & Bp Premier


Now that you have your HICAPS Terminal, access to HICAPS Digital and HICAPS Connect downloaded, the final step is to configure HICAPS Connect and Bp Premier.

Download HICAPS Connect 

Download HICAPS Connect + Extension using the button below, then follow step 4 to install and configure the software on each of your workstations.

Configure HICAPS Connect & Bp Premier

Now that you have your HICAPS Terminal, access to HICAPS Digital and HICAPS Connect downloaded, the final step is to configure HICAPS Connect and Bp Premier.
