What happens next?

You will be contacted by phone, email or SMS in October or November to arrange a time to replace your current HICAPS terminal
You can call 03 9321 7030 between 8am to 6pm (AEST) to schedule your terminal upgrade
Installations can be booked Monday to Friday, between 8am to 6pm, please have a date and time in mind when securing a booking
An authorised technician will install the terminal on site and provide training on the day
