Helping you through

We are proud to have assisted all our HICAPS customers by waiving terminal rental fees from April 2020 to July 2020.

For our Victorian customers we extended our support until October 2020 – in line with Government lockdown guidelines. We resumed charging monthly terminal fees from November 2020.

NAB and HICAPS continue to support small businesses that have been impacted by the pandemic.

       Hardship Support

At NAB and HICAPS, we know that COVID-19 restrictions continue to impact our customers.

In line with our CEO’s commitment to support small and medium businesses, we are continuing to offer terminal rental waivers. Merchants who are suffering hardship due to COVID 19 restrictions can request a terminal rental fee waiver starting in the month following the date of their request and continuing until December 31 2021

HICAPS Terminals support increased contactless pin limit during COVID-19

To help reduce your patient’s physical contact with surfaces when they visit at your practice, HICAPS have temporarily increased the contactless PIN limit from $100 to $200 on HICAPS terminals. This is a temporary measure designed to be in place for an initial period of three months. We have already commenced the roll out of Terminal updates. The initial three month period may be extended, based on Federal Government and Australian Payment Network advice.
