We are proud to have assisted all our HICAPS customers by waiving terminal rental fees from April 2020 to July 2020.

 

For our Victorian customers, we extended our support until October 2020 – in line with Government lockdown guidelines. We resumed charging monthly terminal fees from November 2020.
 

NAB and HICAPS continue to support small businesses that have been impacted by the pandemic.

Supporting telehealth consultations

HICAPS supports telehealth services for both  Allied Health and temporary MBS item codes.

 

Supporting the processing of telehealth services helps reduce the risk of community transmission of COVID-19 . Allied telehealth services are enabled for Psychologists, Physiotherapists, Podiatrists, Occupational Therapists, Exercise Physiologists, Speech Pathologists and Dietitians.
