This opt-out form is for Merchants who have received a letter from HICAPS dated 06 July 2023 informing you of the upcoming activation of American Express on your Trinity Terminal. If you have received the letter from HICAPS regarding this change and wish to opt-out, kindly proceed with the form below.

If you are an existing merchant and would like to cease accepting AMEX payments, we kindly request you to contact American Express directly.

Your HICAPS MID is 8 characters long and can be located on your Terminal home screen.
