A review of the HICAPS Equipment Agreement and HICAPS Provider Agreement terms and conditions (the “Agreement”) has been conducted to ensure the Agreements comply with the new Unfair Contract Terms Legislation that will be effective from 12 November 2016.
To enable these changes to be made, your existing Agreement will cease on 11 November 2016. The use of your terminal will be on new terms and conditions, as set out in a new set of Agreement (“New Agreement”).
To accept the New Agreement/s, you simply have to continue using your terminal on and/or after 12 November 2016. From that date, the New Agreements will apply to your use of the terminal.
If you have any questions about the New Agreement, please contact us at ProviderServices@HICAPS.com.au

The update will include a mandatory security update (just like a windows update).Dialling and connection updates as well as some general house keeping tasks.

A better way to connect and pay for healthcare
We're excited to announce a new game-changing solution to connect patients, health practitioners and private health insurers through one fast and intuitive digital platform.
HICAPS Go is an end-to-end service designed to allow health practitioners to spend less time on administrative tasks and more time with their patients.
With or without a terminal
HICAPS currently manages patients’ health insurance claims and payments through a physical terminal, normally installed in the practitioner’s clinic. HICAPS Go works with these terminals, or on its own, offering practicioners and patients flexibility in booking, payments and healthcare claims.
