(Easy step by step guide)

If your Terminal looks like this:

Terminal message display:
  MEDI LOGON ERROR 084

             Step 1. Press function 5 and then press ENTER.
             Step 2. Select 2. MEDICARE and press ENTER.
             Terminal will sign on to the Medicare host.  A receipt will be printed with approved on it.
             If you do not get an Approved receipt complete the following steps.
             Step 3. Press Function 60 and then press ENTER.
             Step 4. Press ENTER to start the initialise.
             Step 5. Once that is complete wait 10 mintues and try steps 1 and 2 again.

Terminal message display:
  UNSUPPORTED CARD 
            Step 1.  Press the BLUE function key
            Step 2.  Press 3 then press ENTER 
            Step 3.  Retry Card 

Terminal message display:
 SECURITY FAILURE 081

           Step 1.  Press the BLUE function key
           Step 2. Press 3 then press ENTER
           Step 3. Restart Terminal press ENTER
           Terminal will restart
           Step 4.  Press 5 then press ENTER
           Step 5.  Option 1 NAB press ENTER

Terminal message display:
 PAC Error

          Step 1.  Press the BLUE function key
          Step 2.  Press 59 and press ENTER
          Step 3.  Default Initialise? press ENTER

Terminal message display:
  HOST LOGON ERROR 083

             Step 1. Press function 59 and then press ENTER.
             Step 2. Press ENTER to start Default Terminal Initialise
             Terminal will sign on to the NAB host.  A receipt will be printed out with approved on it.

Terminal message display:
 Financial Image and text on screen

            Step 1. Press the little button in the top left hand corner next to the screen.
                          The application will open and then the terminal is ready to use.

Terminal Receipt Print out:
  SOFTWARE VERSION HAS CHANGED

             This receipt is informing you that the terminal has done an update to a new version of software.
             The terminal can be used as normal the receipt is for informational purposes only    

Terminal message display:
  HICAPS TBL LOAD FAIL

Step 1. Press function 62 and then press ENTER.
Step 2. Select 2. HICAPS TABLE ONLY and press ENTER.
This should take approximately 5 minutes to complete.

Terminal message display:
  TBL LOAD FAILURE

Step 1. Press function 62 and then press ENTER.
Step 2. Select 3. ALL TABLES and then press ENTER.
This should take approximately 10 minutes' to complete.
