HICAPS, on behalf of the health funds participating in this solution, will credit one amount on each settlement day (for the total of the relevant claims) and issue a monthly HICAPS statement to each account holder.
And so, you will no longer receive individual credits and statements from these health funds. This will reduce the number of deposits to your bank account and statements received from participating health funds. Moving forward, HICAPS will continue to work with the other health funds not yet participating in this solution and will encourage them to join. We will continue to inform you as more funds join this exciting solution. In the meantime, you will continue to receive payments and statements directly from these health funds.

PLEASE NOTE: Psychologists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Dietitians, Remedial Massage Therapists, Myotherapists, Acupuncturists & Naturopaths - Currently not all the HICAPS participating health funds will be available for claiming.
